As a valued Active Customer, we want to update you on the measures we're taking to protect you, our team members and our wider community.

Please be advised that all Active branches in the Auckland region are open for business during Level 3 of COVID-19. Strict adherence to Level 3 protocols are in place and to be observed.

We encourage online ordering at www.goactive.nz or orders by phone, txt or email to reduce any delays. Items will be available from a designated collection area at the branch or deliveries undertaken by arrangement.

Customers visiting branches will be required to maintain distancing and contactless guidelines as per the instructions at our branches.
If you require a login for ordering online from the Active website, please email admin@goactive.nz to be set up.

Your local Active branch and National Support Office will be able to assist with all enquiries.
