Website Terms and Conditions for Active Electrical’s Bonfire Gift Card Promotion:
Introduction
These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Bonfire Gift Card Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Active Electrical Suppliers (“we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”) on our online store at GoActive.nz. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating in the Promotion.
Promotion Period
The Promotion will be valid from 4th to the 31st of March (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Customers who purchase Schneider Electric product(s) online on GoActive.nz during the Promotion Period. The Promotion is only applicable
to purchases made together, not separate purchases combined over the period the Promotion is running.
Rewards
Customers will be eligible to receive Bonfire gift cards (“Gift Cards”) based on the total value of their single online order, excluding GST, as follows:
a) Spend a total of $250 or more (excluding GST): Receive a $25 Bonfire Gift Card.
b) Spend a total of $500 or more (excluding GST): Receive a $50 Bonfire Gift
Card.
c) Spend a total of $1000 or more (excluding GST): Receive a $100 Bonfire Gift Card.
Redemption Process
To claim your Gift Card rewards, follow these steps:
a) Login to your GoActive.nz. account.
b) Go to ‘My Prices’ and search for your Schneider Electric products.
c) Browse the wide selection of Schneider Electric products and add the desired items to your cart.
d) Once your cart reaches the specified spending thresholds ($250, $500 or $1,000), the corresponding Bonfire Gift Card will be automatically added to your order.
Gift Card Details
a) The Gift Cards are issued by Bonfire Financial Services and are redeemable anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
b) The Gift Cards are subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by Bonfire Financial Services.
General Terms
a) The Promotion is limited to one Gift Card per eligible Customer and per online order.
b) The Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.
c) The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
d) We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All eligible orders placed before the modification or termination date will still be honoured in case of any such modification or termination.
e) We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of Customers and to refuse the provision of Gift Cards if any fraudulent activity is suspected.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any personal information provided to us may be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including but not limited to any indirect or consequential loss or damages.
